We call this simply The CFO. It is an additional layer for growing restaurant groups that need a higher touch with analysis, planning, banking, debt and cash management. We accomplish this through the remainder of our SweetData OS.

What does this look like to you? We take the financial results a step further and work directly with the operations team to turn what the numbers are telling us into action staying involved as frequently as the business requires, from scheduled financial reviews to hands-on involvement every few days when necessary. We create and put into motion a financial plan and budget built around a rolling 12-month forecast and monitor performance against it. Additionally, we will work directly with your lending banks with respect to relationship management, compliance and covenant reporting and ensuring the lenders stay happy and remain ready to lend again when you need it. We also monitor and forecast cash flow at the daily level ensuring you remain aware of any potential potholes coming up along the path. Essentially, we try to make it simple for ownership and operations team by cutting through the noise and saying, look here. Fix these 3 things.
